Jane is one of Britain’s most admired singing sensations, performing to millions of people worldwide. She has released 5 major albums and appears on many TV programmes in the UK and internationally. She currently appears regularly on ITV’s “Loose Women”.

Jane was born in Wakefield and inspired and encouraged by her music teacher, Mrs Brearley, music began to play a major part in her life. After completing her education she worked at Wade’s Furniture Shop in Wakefield, followed by being a manager and resident DJ at Casanova’s Night Club. In 1985, encouraged by her parents, Jane’s singing career took off as she toured pubs and clubs performing all over the country. After the death of her father in 1989, Jane joined a cruise ship as a production singer and in late 1995, she was asked to top the bill on the cruise ship “The Galaxy”- where BBC Television was making a documentary called “The Cruise” for BBC1.

After The Cruise was shown in 1998, Jane’s career has rocketed with over 1 million album sales, 6 sell out UK tours, hosting major TV series including Star for A Night on BBC1, staring in London’s West End and a flourishing singing career in the USA.

Jane owes a lot to the BBC series back in 1995 and many of her fans still picture her as Jane, performing to packed crowds on her beloved cruise ship, but since those days Jane has established herself as a consumate all rounder. She is a skilled TV host, an amusing panelist on discussion shows, an inspiring speaker and of course a gifted and highly successful singer.
