For six years prior to launching her company, Bea worked as a banker in a number of financial institutions in the City of London. Originally from Slovakia, Bea acquired her first Masters degree in Banking and Economics from the University of Economics in Bratislava. After serving in the office of the former Slovak Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Policy, she was awarded a scholarship to attend Oxford University in the United Kingdom, and later completed her second Masters degree in Financial Market Risk Management, Operations and Regulation at the prestigious ICMA Centre at Reading University.
